3. Accessibility commitment

NeoBilities is committed to making our website, Kajabi library, digital content, and services as accessible and usable as reasonably possible for as many people as possible.

Accessibility is an ongoing commitment, not a one-time fix. We regularly review our content, systems, and user experience and look for ways to improve universal access over time. Because we rely on third-party platforms and tools, some accessibility features or functions may be limited by the technology those platforms currently provide. 5. Payments, refunds, and cancellations

5.1 Fees and charges

5.2 Payment methods

5.3 Fixed-price and custom services

5.4 Audit and consulting cancellations

For accessibility audits and consulting services:

• Cancellations made 7 or more business days before scheduled services will receive a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
• Cancellations made 2-6 business days before scheduled services will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before scheduled services are non-refundable.

5.5 Digital products and course refunds

Digital products, downloadable materials, and online course purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted. Because digital materials can be copied, saved, or retained quickly, refunds are not typically offered after access is provided.

If a technical issue prevents access to purchased online materials, you must notify us within 48 hours of purchase so we can provide assistance and determine whether another remedy or refund consideration is appropriate.

5.6 Scheduling and session policies

For services that include consultations, coaching, calls, or other scheduled sessions:

• You are responsible for scheduling sessions within the available timeframes or access windows provided.
• If you need to reschedule or cancel, please follow the policy stated on the scheduling page, confirmation email, or relevant agreement.
• Missed or late sessions may be considered used and may not be rescheduled, depending on the terms of the specific offering.

6. Intellectual property

6.1 Ownership

All content, materials, and resources provided through NeoBilities, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, audio, downloads, data compilations, software, trademarks, service marks, assessment tools, reports, presentations, educational materials, session recordings, and templates, are the property of NeoBilities LLC or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Limited license

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the materials you purchase or receive solely for your personal use or your organization's internal use, as applicable.

Digital products, online courses, downloadable resources, workshop materials, training materials, and session recordings remain the intellectual property of NeoBilities LLC.

When you purchase or receive access to these materials:

• You may use them only for your personal or internal organizational use.
• You may not reproduce, share, resell, distribute, publish, upload, or otherwise make the materials available to third parties without our express written permission.
• Session recordings are provided for your reference only and may not be shared, distributed, or displayed publicly.
• Materials may not be used to build, support, or market competing products or services.

6.4 Lifetime or ongoing access language

If we describe a course or digital product as including "lifetime" or "ongoing" access, this means access for as long as that course or product remains available on our learning platform or through our systems, and while your account remains in good standing. It does not guarantee that a course, product, platform, format, or feature will remain available forever.

We reserve the right to update, replace, retire, or discontinue courses, digital products, formats, platforms, or features over time. If a course or product is retired, we will make reasonable efforts, when appropriate, to provide an alternative resource, updated content, or credit toward another offering, but we are not obligated to do so in every case.

6.5 Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, ideas, or recommendations you provide regarding our services may be used by NeoBilities without restriction or compensation to you.

Our total liability for any claim relating to a specific product or service will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid for that specific product or service in the 12 months before the claim arose.

You remain responsible for how you or your organization use, interpret, implement, or rely on any materials, recommendations, action plans, findings, or guidance we provide.
